Good question! Every wedding planner is different. We all have unique personalities and strengths. I always recommend to meet with a couple before I work with them. That way we can get to know each other and see if I am the right planner for you.
No. We do not accept kickbacks from vendors. Any discounts or additional services that vendors may offer are directly passed on to you. Sweet Bliss Weddings only recommends vendors based on their professionalism, reliability and quality of service.
Sweet Bliss Weddings does it all – multi-denominational, cultural, themed, open and affirming… you name it! If ever there is something that we are not overly familiar with, we will conduct our research accordingly and always discuss this with you.
Absolutely!!! (You should see it! It’s glorious!) We bring 3 different Emergency Kits with us to an event – one stays in the trunk of the car and holds larger or heavier items (such as tools, extension cords, etc.), one gets carried around with us into the venues, and another one stays on our person at all times. Our assistants also carry Emergency Kits so that one is always close at hand.
Yes, we certainly do! We don't feel that you should burden friends and family to run errands for you on your wedding day. The only people working on the day of your wedding should be us and the other vendors that you have hired. Let everyone else celebrate the day with you!
We only hire assistant coordinators who have been certified by the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. Assistant Coordinator positions are posted as they become available.
