Wedding Day Coordination Services

Wedding Day Coordination allows you to rest easy in the knowledge that a professional Wedding Planner is on hand to handle any unforseen problems that may arise.

Services commence one month prior to your wedding date.

Wedding Day Coordination includes:

2 in-person consultation meetings
Attendance at all final vendor meetings (if requested)
Confirmation of vendors 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
Attendance at and coordination of your ceremony rehearsal
Décor set-up (tear down available as an additional service)
Preparation and management of timeline and wedding day itinerary
On-site direction of ceremony and reception
Delivery of final payment to vendors (if necessary)
Use of the Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Coordination of services on your wedding day (to a maximum of 10 consecutive hours)
An assistant for the wedding day

Fee: starting at $900

($500 initial payment due upon signing of contract; balance due at ceremony rehearsal)
